and even now according to amarjit sen (2023).As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated
into different sectors, the profound impacts on businesses and society raise a very critical questions,
these questions are important so that it could maintain the Balance of the potential benefits of AI- but
also having a concern with ethical considerations. AI also has a potential challenges that poses a complex
challenge for contemporary stakeholders. That is why Understanding and addressing this complicated
interactions with AI is very important in order to foster a responsible and sustainable AI landscape.
Reason Why You Choose That Problem:
I chose this because we all know how impactful AI is.

It is also to a make clarity and recognition that AI is not just some of kind of technological advancement
but a very transformative force. While AI was able to help everyone just like in businesses and society ,
we also need to talk about its ethical considerations, Choosing this problem reflects a commitment to
exploring the ethical implications of AI. By doing this we could ensure that technological advancements
will align with societal values and norms. Aside from this, we must also recognize its potential
challenges, like job replacement, data invasion, and decrease in labour.
By understanding these challenges, there is an opportunity to navigate the complexities and adverse
effects businesses and in society.
Discussion on Current Literature:
The AI readings talk about how machines taking over some jobs can be a challenge according to
Brynjolfsson and McAfee (2014). They also discuss the ethical problems when computers make
decisions according to the Research by Diakopoulos (2016) and Mittelstadt et al. Some experts say AI can
bring good changes, but it has issues like being fair and keeping things private. People think it’s
important for different experts to work together for fair AI. Some are studying how AI affects society, like
jobs and fairness. All this reading helps us understand how AI is changing things for businesses and
people.

Martijn van Otterlo, author of “Gatekeeping Algorithms with Human Ethical Bias” and assistant
professor of artificial intelligence at Tilburg University in the Netherlands, wrote, AI is good for making
things better and faster. But sometimes, it has problems like being unfair or not keeping things private. It
can change jobs, but also make new ones. People need to work together to make sure AI is fair. Some are
studying how AI changes how we live and work, making sure everyone is treated right. So, we need to be
careful and work together to make sure AI helps everyone.

Ai can also be program to make or produce more products in business thatn humans for a short period in
time, in society AI can be used in their daily lives, because AI is a lot more smarter than humans.
Effect:
This is good because it makes things work faster, but sometimes it causes problems like job changes and
fairness issues.
Solution:
To fix these problems, we need to be honest about how AI works, make rules about using it fairly, help
people learn new skills, and work together to make sure AI helps everyone.
We also need to be aware on what are the capabilities of AI, and we need to be responsible in using it,
we need to stop being so dependent on AI because it kills our ability to think and survive.
Your Personal Reflection:
Based on my experinces with AI, it is like a helpful tool for making things faster and better, but we need
to be careful when using it as it can be tricky because it sometimes causes issues like changing jobs and
being unfair. My suggestion is, let’s be open about how we use AI, create fair rules for it, help people
learn new things, and work together to make sure AI is good for everyone. We can enjoy the benefits of
AI while making sure it treats everyone nicely. We also need to take note that humans are far more
superior than AI as we are the creator of it so never rely everything on AI.
Your Personal Recommendation:
I believe using AI can be really great if we do it the right way. Making fair rules means everyone gets
treated well. Teaching new things helps people adjust to changes, especially when things might be
different in this modern world we live in. If we all team up and work together on becoming aware of the
capabilities of AI,and talk about a little more so we can be educated about it. AI can also be super
helpful for all of us. So, let’s be smart and friendly with it.
