    CT -SCAN OF ABDOMEN (Plain)


    TECHNIQUE: CT scan of the abdomen was done withut the administration of oral and intravenous Conr s
    media, by obtaining axial sections from the level of dia»hragmto the level of
    pubic syinphysis.
    FINDINGS:
    Left ureter appears mildly dilated. Acalculus of size ~2.7mm is noted in the lett
    vesicouretericjunction (HU+500).
    Liver appears normal in size. No mass lesion scen. No dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicies.
    Gall bladder appears contracted. Wall thickness appears normal. No calculus seen
    within
    the lumen. CBD is normal in course and caliber.

    Pancreas normal in size and contour. No mass lesion. MPD not dilated. Peripancreatic fat
    is normal.

    Spleen is normal sized. No focal lesion seen.


    Both kidneys appear normal in size shape, and position. The perinephric fascia planes
    appear normal. No mass lesion seen. Both adrenals appear normal.
    Stomach, small and large bowel loops appear normal. No appendicitis.
    No evidence of free fluid noted. No significant lymph nodes noted.

    Bladder appears minimally distended.


    Prostate appears normal.
    Visualized bones appear normal. No fractures.

    IMPRESSION:

    -Left vesicoureteric junction calculus causing mild hydroureter.
