    I. AUTHORITY:

    a. Verbal orders of PC/SUPT JOHN CLARINCE MARTINO, Chief of


    investigation dated October 21,
    2023 to investigate a reported robbery incident at MP
    Construction Company, in 641 Sales
    Street, Sta. Cruz, City of Manila.

    b. Complaint of Engr. RONALD JAY BARNEJA for robbery dated


    Oct. 21, 2023.

    II. DETAIL:

    Initial Investigation disclosed that robbers entered the premises


    of the MP Construction Store
    owned by Engr. RONALD JAY BARNEJA by destroying the back window of
    one of the toilets. According
    to the owner, 500 bags of cement, 20 wheel barrows, and cash of
    P500,000.00 were missing. He
    named (2) former employees; namely jaro jaro and jay jay who were
    previously
    dismissed due to dishonesty and being engaged in thefts at
    Muntinlupa Police Station drug abuse.
    The suspects had a record of previous according to Engr. RONALD JAY
    BARNEJA. A witness identified as Noe gean Arriesgado
    saw the suspects used an owner jeep stainless with two (2) others inside
    the jeep at about
    2 a.m. during that time of incident. Facts reveal driver was not a
    participant as he was just
    commandeered by the suspects.

    III. RECOMMENDATION
    It is respectfully recommended that the investigator in charge must ask
    for CCTV footage that was
    installed near where the incident happened and interview people who were
    near at the scene when
    that incident took place.
