Story Treatment

The short film is going to be formatted in a documentary style that covers female or femme

artists, DJs, and etc within the Atlanta University Center. We will highlight artists: Zarina,

Fundipp and Miss Blaze. Also, DJ Missy and other on campus musical artists. There will be a

short bio given over each individual talent with the showcase of archival footage from their

digital platforms and past performances. If time permits, the crew will interview talent that has

the set availability to do so.

All archival footage will be collected the following week after the treatment has been agreed

upon. The talent list is subject to decrease and change as time permits.

The documentary will elaborate on being a woman in the A.U.C. and how competitive it is with

other male DJs and MCs. In addition to this, the documentary will discuss the details about each

artist such as how they chose their names, how they market themselves, how they all began their

journey within the industry, their personal goals for their career and if they have any upcoming

projects that they would like to promote.
