RENT AGREEMENT
This deed is made on 11th January ,2021 & Effective from
the same day. BETWEEN Mr. Bishundev Yadav s/o Ramdev Yadav, Near Dhobia Talab,Manaitand ,Dhanbad,Jharkhand, pin 826001. (Area total 1000. sqft) on the term and condition hereinafter appearing shop Name- SANKAR SWEETS Dhobia Talab,Manaitand ,Dhanbad,Jharkhand, that the consideration of the rent ,convent term and condition and other stipulation hereinafter contend and reserved and one of the part of the lessee to be paid ,observed and performed ,the lessor does hereby demise and grand to have and to hold the same up to the lessee for the term 11th month commencing of 11th JANUARY. 2021 to 11th DECEMBER 2021 and paying there for during the said term and monthly rent of Rs-7500/- (rupees Seven thousand Five Hundred only), Maintenance charge 1000,Electric charge on the base of its use .and Advance Paid Rs -10000/-(TEN Thousand Only) by Second Party that the lessee shall paid to the lesser rent at the rent Rs -7500/- (Seven thousand Five Hundred ) per month and Maintenance charge or Electric Bill be Extra , in manner and time here in described and which can be renewed if both parties agreed for another 11th month. that the lessee shall during the period of the lessee pay the lesser the rent hereby reserved in advance by 10th of each English calendar month. That the first party provide ,water facilities etc. That the lessee shall pay all charge of consumption of electricity as per actual bill of authorities concerned from 11th January 2021 onward. That the lessee shall not make any addition or alteration in the demised premises or part there nether of nor in any manner structurally of the premises or any portion here of and shall not damage the same and on termination of the lease to restore the premises to it original condition except normal were and tear That the lessee and lesser can terminate this agreement before the expiry of this agreement but they have to give one month notice to other party Maintenance charged paid by Second party.
