     Responsible for SPC, Gauge R&R study.
     Visit and handle product quality related issue (Customer complaint) at customer end and submit
    analysis report (CAPA, 8D, RCA, Why-Why Analysis, SCAR).
     Responsible for Joint Inspection with customer.
     Responsible for Internal Manufacturing Process Audit (MPA) to improve and sustain process and
    product quality.
     Documentation handling for IMS (IATF-16949 , ISO 14001, & ISO 45001)
     Responsible for making plant quality related ORM data.
     Responsible for plant quality related TPM activities.
     Member of Red Bin Analysis meeting for in house rejection. Analysis& countermeasure taken to
    reduce in house rejection by using various tools 7QC, 8D, WHY-WHY ANALYSIS, QUALITY
    CIRCLE.

    Ø Root cause analysis, participate and problem solving through quality circle.
    Ø To maintain Rejection record, make Pareto Chart, SOP, FDI, OPL, WI documentation.
    Ø Verify inspection records of patrol inspection in every shift Correct & verify the NG wherever observed.
    Ø Define the inspection standards & make the Work Instruction for every process. Process Improvement
    through Poke-Yoke, Kaizen.

    Surface Texture and Roughness measuring instrument (SURFCOM 5000), Axial/Radial Load Testing
    m/c, Precision Angle measuring instrument (SURFCOM480B), Coordinate measuring machine
    (ACCRETECH RVF600A), Hardness tester (FUTURE-TECH) Profile projector, micro meter, Height
    gauge, Microscope (MITUTOYO), Vernier calliper, Chamfer gauge, Bore gauge and Contamination
    check.
