Dear Mr. Lakpha Tamang,
Congratulations! On your offer from Burlington Mall! We are delighted to offer you
the position of Light Driver. This position commences as soon as possible and is a
permanent full-time position. This position also includes overtime hours as
required. The pay rate for your position will be as quickly as possible and is a
permanent full-time position of 8 hours per day for Monday to Friday working days.
This position also includes overtime of 4 hours as required. The rate of pay for your
position will be $2600 Per Month. You will receive your payment monthly.

In addition to your salary, you will be provided with the following
benefits/compensation:
VACATION:
You will be entitled to 22 days of holidays which will operate on a pro-rata basis;
you will be entitled to 10 days of sick pay on completion of the first three months
of your employment.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
 This contract shall have a duration of 2 years from the date
the employee assumes his/her functions.
 Both parties agree that this contract is conditional upon the
employee obtaining a valid work permit under the immigration
regulations, and his/her successful entry to Canada.
ACCOMMODATION
The company shall provide you with a bachelor-shared accommodation near
the company. The accommodation is inclusive of public utilities expenses.
BONUS:
Effective upon satisfactory employment and based upon the goals and
objectives agreed to in the performance development planning process with
your company, you may be eligible for a bonus. The plan for this year and
beyond, should such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined by
the company for that year.
INSURANCE:
The current, standard company health, life, disability, and dental insurance
coverage are generally supplied per company policy. Eligibility for other benefits

will be generally determined annually.
FOOD:
You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge with dietary options for
vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
TRANSPORT:
The company will be providing all the transportation to their employees.
Employees will shell out any moving or other transition expenses, which the
company will pay but under no circumstances are transportation costs
recoverable from the employee.
