GENERAL RULES :
ECONOVISTA 2K24 is an offline event.

1. Date: 19th November, 2024.

2. Venue: JUSCO SCHOOL SOUTH PARK
3. Registration fee: Rs.150 per student.
4. Last date of sending confirmation of participants
through E-mail ([email protected])-
4th November, 2024 (Monday).
5. Last date of Registration and Deposition of entry fee:
9th November, 2024 (Saturday).
6. To qualify for the Overall Championship, the school must
participate in at least 8 events. (Participation in Jazz Jive
and Glamour Garden is Compulsory).
7. Participants should report at 7:00 a.m. to the school
premises in white shirt/t-shirt and blue/black jeans.
They must bring their School ID Card.
8. Each school team should be accompanied by a
Teacher in-Charge.
9. A student can participate in only one event.
10. Snacks will be available on sale.
11. No student will be allowed as an audience.
12. Misconduct on part of any student of any school
will lead to disqualification of the school.
13. All participants will have to stay till the closing
ceremony.
Participants are requested to
scan the QR code given along
to join the Econovista 2K24
Broadcast Channel and join
their respective Event
Channels thereafter. All
relevant information
regarding the events will be
updated on these Channels.

THEME- The Overzealous Superhero (Superman/Superwoman)
RULES:
No. of Participants-A team of 8 members including the narrator .
Eligibility-Std IX to XII.
Time limit- Maximum 5 minutes (including stage set up).
Background music and video is allowed.
The Participating team shall send their background music and video to
the host school via mail along with the school code once their
participation is confirmed
No act shall contain offensive, obscene, disrespectful actions, words
or gestures.
Usage of prop is allowed.

RULES:
No. of Participants-A team of 3 members.
Eligibility-Std IX to XII.
Time limit- Maximum 2.5 hours.
Each team will be provided with a medium size tyre.
Students must carry their own stationery items to paint the tyre.
Use of electronic/digital gadgets is strictly prohibited.
Criteria for Judgement:
(a) Relevance to the theme (c) Aesthetic appeal
(b) Creativity and colour scheme (d) Overall performance
Judges decision shall be the final and binding.

Theme- A healthy HI-T party
RULES:
No. of Participants-A team of 3 members.
Eligibility-Std IX to XII.
Time limit- Maximum 2 hours.
The team will prepare a platter consisting of a starter,
dessert and a healthy drink without using fire /electricity.
The team will have to mention its nutritious benefits.
Participants will not bring pre-cooked, canned,
boiled or readymade items.
Criteria for Judgement:
(a) Taste (b) Presentation
(c) Nutritional Level (d) Cleanliness
(e) Unique name to the platter
Judges decision shall be the final and binding.

- CLASH OF BANDS

THEME: Emerging India
RULES:
No. of participants - A team of 5 to 7 members including instrumentalists.
Eligibility: Std IX to XII.
Duration: 10 minutes (including Stage setup).
Band can have backdrop or Slideshow to enhance their presentation.
The same should be send to the Host school via mail along with the school code once
their participation is confirmed.
Song Selection must be such that it does not offend any racial,
sexual or religious group.
Host school will not provide any musical instruments.
Music should be played live. No recorded music will be allowed for the performance.
Band members will be responsible for the security of their own Instruments.

THEME-Capturing Golden Moments of the Event
RULES:
No. of Participants- A team of 3 members.
Eligibility- Std IX to XII
Duration -3 minutes.
The team can capture the golden moment of the
events between 7:00 am to 12 noon.
The participating team shall submit their finished video in a
labelled pen drive with school code at 1:00 pm.

THEME- SUSTAINABLE FASHION
RULES:
No. of Participants – A team of 4 members.
Eligibility – Std. IX to XII.
Duration -3 hours.
The team will have to style a mannequin by using a dress made
up of eco-friendly materials.
To complement the look you can add jewellery, bags, hats, shoes, etc
made of bio degradable materials.
Participants will have to exhibit, advertise and promote their products.
They have to convince the judges to buy it.
Participants can use bio-lingual means to advertise their product.
The idea is to augment the skills of selling and negotiation.
Any kind of finished product shall not be allowed.
Final judgement will be made on the basis amount collected
by any team .
Your mannequin is your model, One member of the team must play it.

(Jharkhand and its neighbouring states and The Seven Sisters of India)

RULES:
No. of Participants – A team of 8-10 members.
Eligibility – Std IX to XII.
Duration - 7 minutes including entry and exit.
Dance Form - Indo-Western Fusion.
Participants must carry their own props.
Hair and makeup to be done from home.
The Participating team should send the song to the host school via mail
along with the school code once their participation is confirmed.

RULES:
No of Participants- A Team of 4 members (squad).
Eligibility - Std IX to XII
Participants must bring their own Mobile Phones.
Mobile Phone with 5G Connectivity is preffered.
Accessories like heatsets and power banks are also accepted .
Plug-lns, GFX tools or any other unethical means will not be
accepted.

RULES:
No. of participants- 1 student from each school.
Eligibility-Std IX to XII.
The theme for the event will be disclosed on the spot.
Time limit for clicking the photographs: 2 hours.
Time limit for presentation: Maximum 3 minutes.
The participants should carry their own Equipment and
accessories for data transfer.
The SD card of the device used for clicking should be empty.
Edited photos are prohibited.
Use of inbuilt camera filters/Internet is not allowed.

RULES:
No. of participants – A team of 2 members.
Eligibility – Std. IX to XII.
The team will have to prepare a power point presentation on visionarizing
the existence of endangered household products after 10 years from now.
No. of slides- 3 to 5.
Each team will be allotted 8 minutes where 5 minute is for presentation
to the panel and 3 minute for the questionnaire with the judges.
The team will have to present the survival strategies of endangered
products in the market.
Participants will get the product details on the day of registration.
Criteria for Judgement:
(a) Originality and innovativeness of Idea
(b) Overall impact of powerpoint presentation
