Dear Sir;
A warmest greetings!
I am writing to formally express my gratitude and provide a justification for my

outstanding rating of 4.670 in the recent Office Performance Commitment and Review
(OPCR) validation. This achievement reflects my commitment to excellence across the Key
Results Areas (KRAs) identified in our performance evaluation framework.
KRA 1. Instructional Leadership

In my role, I have prioritize instructional leadership by promoting high-quality
teaching practices and ensuring that our curriculum aligns with educational standards. I have
facilitated professional development sessions for teachers, focusing on effective instructional
strategies that enhance learners engagement and learning outcomes. As a result, our
learner have demonstrated significant progress in their academic performance.
KRA 2: Learning Environment

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment has been a fundamental goal
of mine. I have worked to foster a culture of respect and collaboration within our school,
ensuring that every pupil feels valued and supported. We conducted Brigada Eskwela,
National Earthquake Drill as scheduled, properly implemented the school-based feeding
program, Gender and Development Celebration, Tree Planting and Quarterly Portfolio day
which have contributed to a safe and conducive atmosphere for learning.
KRA 3: Human Resource Management and Development

I have placed a strong emphasis oh human resource management and the
professional development of our staff. Conducted in-service training and let teachers attend
to different trainings and workshops, initiated mentorship programs that support other
teachers and provide to the based on their development needs. This not only enhances their
skills but also contributes to high morale and job satisfaction within the team.
KRA 4: School Leadership, Management, and Operations

As a school leader, I have consistently focused on effective management and
operational efficiency. I implemented systems that streamline administrative processes and
improve communication among staff, pupils, and parents. This has promoted a more
organized and functional school environment, ultimately benefiting our educational mission
based on school improvement plan(SIP) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).

KRA 5: Parents Involvement and Community Partnership
I recognized the vital role that parents and the community play in our pupil’s
success. To enhance parents involvement, I organized workshops and conducted SPTA
meetings to engage families in the educational process. Additionally, I have built
partnerships with local organizations specially to the local officials to provide resources and
support for our pupils, ensuring a collaborative approach to education.
KRA 6: Plus Factor

My commitment to professional growth is reflected in my participation in various
division capability building activities and training sessions. I actively sought opportunities to
expand my knowledge and skills, applying what I have learned and improve our school.
Sharing insights and strategies with my colleagues has further strengthened our collective
capabilities.
In conclusion, my performance rating of 4.670 is a direct reflection of my dedication to

our learners, staff, and the broader community. I am proud to contribute to our division’s
mission and vision and remain committed to upholding the highest standards of excellence
in educational leadership.
