Nutrition Log and Analysis

Purpose
The purpose of this activity is to help you understand your dietary habits, identify the
macronutrients and micronutrients you consume, and analyze how your diet aligns
with the guidelines of a balanced diet.

Instructions
1. Keep a nutrition log for three days, recording everything you eat and drink.
2. Identify the macronutrients and micronutrients in your meals.
3. Analyze your diet based on the Pinggang Pinoy and the 10 Kumainments guidelines.

Output

1. A completed nutrition log for three days.

2. A list of identified macronutrients and micronutrients in your meals.

3. A written analysis of your diet, identifying its strengths and weaknesses in terms of

nutritional balance.

Analysis:
Based on my diet and my daily nutrient intake the micronutrients and
macronutrients gives me strengths through this diets that includes a range of whole foods from different
food groups, providing a good balance of nutrients to me. but this diet also gives me weaknes s cause it
includes some sugary drinks like coffee with added sugar, as well as occasional soft drinks. This can
contribute to my excessive sugar consumption.
