TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

I would say my greatest strength is my ability to adapt to change or a situation

quickly. I can work in all different types of environments without losing focus on
what’s important. I approach each situation with a positive attitude and a
willingness to embrace change. I understand that flexibility is crucial in today's
dynamic world, and I take proactive measures to stay informed and prepared for
whatever challenges may arise.
WHAT IS YOUR WEAKNESS?

One area where I have identified room for improvement is my tendency to be

overly critical of my own work. While having high standards is important, I have
realized that I sometimes spend more time than necessary on perfecting details. I've
been working on finding the right balance between striving for excellence and
efficiently managing my time. To overcome this, I've started setting specific
deadlines for tasks and seeking feedback from colleagues to ensure that I maintain
a balance between quality and efficiency. This ongoing effort helps me continually
refine my approach and contribute more effectively to the team's goals.

DO YOU PREFER WORKING ALONE OR IN A TEAM?

I appreciate both. Working alone allows me to focus and take initiative, and
working in a team enables collaboration and learning from others.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE SRESS AND PRESSURE IN AN ENVIRONMENT?

I constantly remind myself to maintain a positive mindset. I view challenges as

opportunities for growth and learning, and this perspective helps me stay motivated
even in stressful situations. By combining these strategies, I've successfully
navigated high-pressure environments in the past, and I'm confident in my ability
to do so in this role as well.
Furthermore, I make sure to take short breaks during intense periods to refresh my
mind. Whether it's a quick walk, deep breathing exercises, or a brief moment to
clear my thoughts, these pauses allow me to return to tasks with renewed focus.

WHY DO WE HIRE YOU?

I should be hired because of my combination of skills, experience, personal

qualities, and also attitude makes me a compelling candidate for any role that
values problem-solving, communication, integrity, and a strong work ethic make
me a committed and valuable asset to the company. And also, you should hire me
because I’m a team player who is always willing to collaborate with others,
contribute my strengths and ideas, to support my colleagues in achieving our goals.
I strongly believe that effective teamwork is essential to success in any project or
organization.

WHAT CAN YOU ADD TO THE COMPANY?

With my experience in a customer service role, I could bring a deep understanding

of customer needs and effective communication skills. This can enhance the
company's customer service operations and contribute to customer satisfaction and
retention.

HOW'D YOU SEE YOURSELF AFTER 5 YEARS?

In five years, I envision myself thriving in a leadership role at Telus, contributing

significantly to the company's growth and innovation.

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH FEEDBACK AND CRITICISM?

When receiving feedback, I make a conscious effort to listen attentively without
becoming defensive. I focus on understanding the specific points raised and use
them as opportunities to learn and enhance my skills. I appreciate the perspectives
of others and view feedback as a means to refine my performance. In situations
where criticism is offered, I approach it with a positive mindset. I try to extract the
constructive elements from the criticism, separating the message from any
emotional tone. This allows me to address areas of improvement while maintaining
a professional and collaborative attitude.

WHA IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATION?

In my view, responsibility and obligation share the commonality of being duties or

commitments, but there's a subtle difference in the way I interpret them.
Responsibility, to me, implies a personal commitment and accountability that I
willingly undertake. It often aligns with my role, tasks, or goals, and I take
ownership of these willingly, seeing them as integral to my contribution and
success in a given role. On the other hand, obligation, while also representing a
duty, may be something I undertake more out of necessity or external expectations.
It might be a requirement dictated by policies, rules, or social norms. While
obligations are important to fulfill, I find that responsibilities are more closely tied
to personal or professional values and objectives.

WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTATION FROM THE COMPANY?

I value transparency and open communication within a company. Knowing that

[Company Name] is known for its commitment to these principles gives me
confidence in the organization's integrity and fosters a positive work culture. I am
eager to be part of a company that values its employees, encourages their
professional development, and provides a platform for individuals to thrive in their
careers.
WHAT ARE YOUR LONG-TERM CAREER GOALS?

My long-term career goals revolve around continuous learning, professional

development, and contributing meaningfully to the success of the organization.
Ultimately, my goal is to build a fulfilling and impactful career within [Company
Name] by continuously adding value to the team and aligning my personal
development with the company's objectives.
WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE FROM THE OTHER APPLICANTS?

my unique combination of skills, experiences, and personal qualities not only make
me a strong fit for this position but also contribute to the diverse and dynamic
perspectives I can bring to the team.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HONESTY AND INTEGRITY?

Honesty is about telling the truth and being transparent in your actions and
communications. It involves being straightforward and not misleading others
intentionally. In a professional context, being honest is crucial for building trust
and maintaining open relationships. On the other hand, integrity goes beyond
honesty. It involves consistently adhering to a set of moral and ethical principles,
even when no one is watching. Integrity encompasses honesty but extends to the
overall ethical conduct and behavior in various situations. It involves doing the
right thing, even when it may not be the easiest or most popular choice.

IF YOU’LL FAIL IN THIS INTERVIEW, WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE REASON?

HOW CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE COLOR RED TO A BLIND PERSON?

Describing the color red to a blind person is a unique challenge, as it primarily involves visual
experiences. However, I would approach this by focusing on the emotions and associations
commonly linked with the color. Red is often associated with warmth, passion, and intensity. It's
the color of a ripe tomato, the sensation of warmth on your skin during a sunny day, or the
feeling of excitement and energy.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS TO CONTINUE YOUR STUDIES?

WHAT ARE YOUR PET PEEVES?

I try to maintain a positive and adaptable attitude in the workplace, but if I were to
mention a minor pet peeve, it would be when there's a lack of clear
communication. In a collaborative environment, effective communication is crucial
for the success of a team. Instances where information is unclear, not timely, or if
there's a breakdown in communication channels can be challenging. To address
this, I always make an effort to keep communication channels open, ask for
clarification when needed, and ensure that information is shared transparently
among team members to foster a more productive and harmonious work
environment.
