Passage 3: How Healthy Is Your Diet?
We spoke to Dr. Adele Ryan about American eating habits. She says that only about 30 percent
of Americans eat five or more fruits and vegetables every day. A balanced diet with a lot of fruits

and then I go grocery shopping. I buy healthy foods, and I usually cook and eat meals at home. I
