    Hi, good morning everyone. I'm so happy to meet you in this video.

    Now I'm standing here at


    Tanah Lot Tourist Destination. But, first off all, please allow me to introduce myself. My name
    is Kadek Nia Dwiyanti, but you can call me Nia. I'm a student off senior high school at SMA
    N 2 Tabanan at grade three and my checklist number is 25. I was born on twenty seventh of
    march two thousand seven. So now, i'm seventeen years old. I'm from Buleleng but currently
    I live in Bongan. I came from a small family, they are my father, my mother, me, and my
    younger brother. So, there are four people all together in my family. Okay that’s all about me,
    and now I would like to tell you something about Tanah Lot Temple.

    Tanah Lot is a very beautiful small island. Tanah Lot is located in Tabanan, only around 20
    km away from Denpasar. Tanah Lot is derived from two words. Namely : Tanah and Lot.
    Tanah means land and Lot means sea. So that Tanah Lot means Land in the sea. Tanah Lot
    was built by Hindu priest from Java island in the 15TH centuries. His name was Dang Hyang
    Niratha. He came to Bali to spread out Hindu religion by building up many temples. Such as :
    ● Rambutsiwi temple in western part of Bali
    ● Uluwatu temple in southern part of Bali
    ● Silayukti temple in eastern part of Bali
    ● Pulaki temple in northern part of Bali
    Tanah Lot was surrounded by sea water at high tide. And on the cliff, stands up a temple.
    This temple is decorated with green plants (as you can see over there). There are so many
    caves and holes on the wall of the cliff, where many sea snakes live in. Balinese believe that
    those snakes are the bodyguard of the temple. So that, it’s forbidden for any body to harm or
    kill them. Because those snakes are regarded as the holly snakes.
