It is to inform all the faculty members and alumni association members as per the request of
our college old students, Mr. K. Sabarinath has been appointed as the Alumni Faculty Coordinator.
And he is instructed to coordinate with the President Alumni cell and conduct the alumni meetings
frequently.

that "ASIST Alumni Association Meeting 2019" will be held on 25-11-2019 in our Main Seminar hall
from 03:00 PM onwards. All the faculty members, ASIST Alumni Association Members and Old
students are here by requested to attend the meeting without fail.

ASIST ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEET REPORT - 2019-20
Date: 25 November, 2019; Time: 03:00 pm
Venue: College Main Seminar hall, ASIST.
The ASIST alumni meeting is scheduled on 25-11-2019. The meet was attended by 48 Alumni
students, Principal, All HOD's and senior faculty members and Senior students. The fresh
graduates are made proactive to face the current challenges of competitive professional world.
Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology, conducted alumni meeting on 25-11-2019 for
2015-19 batch students in our Main Seminar hall. The alumni started arriving to college by
03:00 pm and they were received by registration team and were taken on a campus to where
they re-visited the familiar places where they had studied.
The alumni meet started at 03:30PM with a silent prayer. To start the occasion on an auspicious
note, Dr. M. Sasidhar, Principal, ASIST proceeded the dais for lightening of the lamp,
accompanied by the HOD's. The welcome speech was delivered by Mr. K. Sabarinath, ASIST
Alumni faculty coordinator. He welcomes all the dignitaries and thanked all the alumni for
being present for the meeting. The presidential address was given by Dr. M. Sasidhar, Principal,
ASIST. He gave information about present happenings and developments in the college.
The felicitation address was given by K. Rama Mohan Rao, Secretary & Correspondent,
ASIST. He asked the alumni to come forward with suggestions and guidance for the
institutional growth. The alumni have given feedback and curriculum provided by the institute
and on the infrastructure facilities. They expressed their sincere gratitude towards the
management for immediately accepting their request and organizing the alumni meeting.
All the faculty members of ASIST and 48 alumni in total participated in the function. Vote of
thanks was given by Dr. P. Chiranjeevi, HOD, Department of CSE, ASIST. He Thanked the
alumni for taking him to come for the alumni meet who have made it a very special and
memorable one. He thanked the management of ASIST for support and guidance which has
made alumni meeting a grand success. After the function Lunch arrangements were made by
the college.

ASIST ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MINUTES OF MEET 2019-20

The Meeting of the Alumni Association Cell for the academic year 2019-2020 held on
25-11-2019 in the Main Seminar Hall at 03:00pm
The Following Agenda Points were discussed:
• To conduct Seminars / workshops on latest technology.
• Nomination of alumni students list for ASIST alumni association
• Various alumni volunteers were identified for alumni association
• Plan to conduct entrepreneurship program through alumni students
• Plan to construct pyramid of grace in the college campus
• Suggested to create a forum to clear the project related queries of the present students
• The activities through alumni association were discussed.
• Plan to conduct alumni guest lecturer serious
with this the meeting came to an end

ASIST Alumni Association - Action Taken

Action taken report on the decision of the alumni association cell meeting held on
25-11- 2019 during the academic year 2019-2020. To implement the decisions of the alumni
