    I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Marionne Aleigne C. Bagtas, and I am Teacher I at Ta ñong
    National High school. We are currently organizing a training titled “Strengthening Literacy Outcome:
    Building Capacity for Effective Reading Instruction.”

    The objective of this event is to enhance the skills and knowledge of both educators and
    stakeholders to build foundational reading skills in non-readers and to equip participants with
    effective instructional strategies, collaborative practices that improve reading outcomes for all
    students. Given your extensive experience and knowledge, we believe that your insights and expertise
    would greatly enrich our event and benefit the attendees.

    We would be honored if you could join us as a resource speaker and deliver a session on Building
    Foundational Skills. Your contribution would be pivotal in inspiring and educating the participants, who
    are keen to learn more about the strategies in building foundational skills to non-readers as well as the
    effective intervention strategies that target specific areas of difficulty, including tiered
    interventions and multi-sensory approaches.
