Major Tasks and Responsibilities as a Customer Support Officer- CSO
Receive prospects and clients and answer their questions by giving information on the benefits, pricing and conditions of the products
and services offered.
Gather information from prospects to identify their profile, eligibility and potential needs and input these elements into the appropriate
tools.
Create new clients and accurately record their information in the appropriate information systems.
Prepare loan disbursements and conduct pre-disbursement interviews with clients.
Record client’s complaints thoroughly.
Record client’s loan applications and explain them the next steps and documents required.
Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives in terms of deposits and other financial services offered by bank, in line with the
institutions policies and procedures.
Follow-up with clients in order to maintain a good level of activity on the accounts.
Ensure a quality customer service to maintain a good level of client satisfaction.
Use and regularly update Customer Relationship Management tools
Insert client data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Responsible for operating and managing the health information system by daily uploading the data entries.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Maintain and ensures completeness of clients and beneficiary data both in the health information system and manual registers.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client data which has signed by the CBO Project Manager after
verification of data.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data and retrieve data as requested by the CBO Site Manager.
Sort, organize and store all the paperwork after entering data.
Scan documents and Print files, when needed.
Keep all the information confidential and prioritized work according to the level of urgency.
