Major Tasks and Responsibilities as a Teller (Cashier)

 Welcome Clients and perform cash transactions according to their needs, In line with banks policies and procedures.
 Manage the tills in compliance with the process: open drawer, cash supply, close drawer, call over and filing of documents.
 Carry out cash in and cash out operations between the different tills.
 Comply with cash holding limits in accordance with procedures and anticipate cash flow needs.
 Count the bank notes at the end of the day and Input into the information system.
 Collect and forward customer complaints to the Branch Management.
 Ensure that each customers receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging

tools.
 Create new clients and accurately record their information in the appropriate information systems.
