Racking & Stacking:
Receive, unpack, and install servers, network equipment, and other hardware in
racks.
Ensure proper airflow and weight distribution for optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and procedures when handling equipment.
Basic Device Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues with servers and
network devices.
Perform diagnostics and follow escalation procedures for complex problems.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Power & Cooling Systems:
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of power distribution units
(PDUs), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and cooling systems.
Identify and report potential issues before they impact operations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks according to manufacturer's
recommendations.
Humidity System:
Ensure proper humidity levels are maintained within the data center environment.
Monitor and troubleshoot humidity control systems.
Report any deviations from acceptable ranges and take corrective actions.
