    This is in continuation of this office public notice bearing No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2024/5487 dated 14.09.2024,
    this is for information of all the concerned that the physical document verification for admission to MBBS/BDS courses
    for the academic session 2024-25 (Round-2) will be held on the dates and time as mentioned below:-

    - Deposition of Provisional tuition fee Online (through admission web portal only) from
    23.09.2024 to 29.09.2024 (upto 5.00 PM).

    All following group of candidates who have participated in Round–2 should appear before admission committee for
    document verification:-
     “Allotted” in Round-2 seats and successfully deposited provisional tuition fee.
     “Upgraded” in Round-2 seats and successfully deposited provisional tuition fee (if any).
     “No Change” in Round-2 of seats (college /course /category).
    The candidates with no change of seats in Round-2 should only bring the receipt of the documents
    submitted in concerned College.
     The candidates should appear in person along with their relevant original documents, failing which, their candidature
    will not be considered. Last date of reporting in the allotted institutes is 05.10.2024.
     Venue:- Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
    Note:
     Kindly check the public notices UHSR/Acad./2024/A-III/4741 dated 16.08.2024 & UHSR/Acad./2024/A-III/4740
    dated 16.08.2024 regarding list of documents required at the time of physical documents verification.
     The BCA/BCB category candidates are instructed be bring their non creamy layer certificate as per Government of
    Haryana notification dated 16.07.2024 and issued on & after 01.04.2024.
     The SC/SC-D/ ESM/FF/EWS/PWBD category candidates should bring their caste/category certificate as per
    Government of Haryana notification dated 14.08.2024.
     It is informed that the aspiring candidates should regularly visit the admission web portal i.e.

    ➢ Hostel Fee will be increased 6% per annum basis every year.
    ➢ Hostel Charges excludes Electricity Bill & Laundry Charges
    which will be paid separately on actual basis.
    ➢ Fee for applying on the Portal of State Admission Agency will be
    paid by the Candidate separately as per rule.
    ➢ Exam fee for the students admitted in sessi on 2024 -25
    will be Rs.35000/- per exam and will be payable as when called

    birth and Marks sheet

    6. Gap affidavit (if applicable)
    7. Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last
    attended/First Class executive magistrate.
    8. As proof of identification Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving
    License /Passport/Voter ID/Ration Card/Parivar Pehchan

    9. NEET Admit Card and Result card of NEET-UG 2024
    10. 12 passport size recent against white back ground photographs
    (preferably the photograph used in NEET form).

    12. After Document Verification please download Admission
    Allotted Letter to show at the time of reporting in the College.

    to deposit the Fees in the following manner:

    Step-A: Online Deposition of provisional tuition fee from 23/09/2024 to 29/09/2024


    (upto 5:00 pm) on Admission Web Portal https://uhsrugcounselling.com after login through
    your login ID
    1) Amount to be deposited through portal : Rs 7,18,750/-
    (*Either online payment to be made or may be deposited into bank as per Challan Generated
    from Admission Portal)
    (**Rs. 1.00 Lakh as security deposit during registration of Round-2 on the admission web
    portal from 11/09/2024 to 21/09/2024 (till 11:59pm) to be adjusted in the Tuition Fee of Rs.
    8,18,750/-).
    Please Note: It is advised that only One Challan has to be generated to avoid delay/error in
    confirmation of payment.
    Step- B: After Documents Verification on 02/10/2024 (10:00am onwards) you have to
    report to the College Campus on the same date at Faridabad-Haryana and have to deposit fees
    as follows:
