ASSIGNMENT
You need to experience/observe a café shop/ café chain/milktea shop/ fast food restaurant and
apply knowledge to make a report including:
Specific requirements:
The report must include photos taken by you (min: 5 photos, max 10 photos)
The report should illustrate your point of view on chosen brand but require a decent
research and reference from trustful sources.
You need to experience physical shop as well as demonstrate your research ability and
observation skill.
You are expected to use high quality research and proper referencing
techniques when constructing your report. (at least 5 reference
sources)
The reference/ citation should be complied with APA referencing style or suitable style as
FTU requires.
Words limit: 2500 words
How to submit:
- You must upload your piece of work (MS Word format) onto link given by instructor.
- Instructor will not accept your piece of work via any medium.
- Any lateness in submission will not be accepted and strongly affect your final score.
Assignment format:
- You are required to comply with the words and not exceed ±10% (excluding cover pages, table
of contents, tables, references, appendices, declaration).
