    after 03 days of commencement of the training course

    cash as messing allowance charges, TA/DA etc. Any NTDC officer who can not join the
    subject training course must write to this office with a valid reason for their withdrawl
    (medical/ official only) alongwith supporting documents duly recommended by their
    concerned GM/CE/ Equivalent only, and also inform this office telephonically on 0335-
    7402061 till 04.11.2024, so that alternate candidates can be nominated within due time.
    Moreover, any officer who remains absent from the training due to domestic/ personal
    reasons may not be nominated again for the next three trainings and L&D section shall
    bear no liability for any adverse affect on their promotion/TSU in that case.
