    That the case referred above fixed for evidence today.


    That the accused petitioner named below could not
    able to reach the court within stipulated time due to
    some unavoidable circumstances.
    And for which, absent today. That most of the previous
    occasions the present accused remains present before
    the Learned Court.
    That the accused absence today before this Court is not
    deliberate & intentional. And for which, this accused
    petitioner most respectfully prayed for continuing the
    proceeding by dispensing the personal attendance of
    the accused petitioner. That the accused shall not raise
    any objection in the event of his/her Identification by
    the witness in course of Evidence.
    And for which, Your Honor
    may be order as to the same &
    may pass any other order as Your
    Honor may deem fit & proper for
    the ends of Justice.
    And for which, your accused petitioner is duty bound
    shall ever pray.
