BALANCE COMPUTATION
Your "New Balance" may consist of up to three components; Purchases Balance, Disbursed Cash Balance and Transferred Balance. Finance charge where applicable is
computed by using the annual percentage rate and the average daily balance for the Purchases Balance, Transferred Balance and the Disbursed Cash Balance as separately
stated on the statement. To get the "average daily balance" for each separate balance we take the beginning balance of each separate balance component of your account
each day, add any new debits (purchases for the Purchases Balance, balance transfers for the Transferred Balance and cash advances or convenience checks for the
Disbursed Cash Balance), and subtract any payments and credits allocated to that separate balance. This gives the daily balance for each separate balance component. Then
we add up all the daily balances for each separate balance component for the billing cycle, including unpaid finance charges, and divide the total by the number of days in the
billing cycle. This gives the "average daily balance" for the separate balance component.
Finance charge where applicable is computed by using the annual percentage rate and the average daily balance for Purchases Balance, Transferred Balance and the
Disbursed Cash Balance as separately stated on the statement. Finance charges on the disbursed Cash Balance and the Transferred Balance will accrue from the date of the
transaction and continue until such balance is paid in full. Finance charges on purchases will accrue from the date of the transaction if there was a "New Balance" at the start
of the current statement cycle, or from the first day of the statement cycle next following the date of the transaction if there was not a "New Balance" at the start of the current
statement cycle.
Date of transaction will be the latter of the transaction date or the first date of the statement cycle in which the transaction is posted.
A Finance Charge will not be imposed on (i) the Purchases Balance included within the "New Balance", if payment in full of the "New Balance" is received within 25 days of
the prior statement cycle closing date or (ii) the part of the Purchase Balance equal to the amount of any payment received within 25 days of the prior statement cycle closing
date and credited to the Purchases Balance in accordance with the card membership rules.
If this statement notifies you that your card will renew during the next statement cycle, you have the following options:
Option A - If you wish to renew your card account and continue your membership privileges, then you should accept the annual fee which will appear on your next statement.
No other notification is required confirming your acceptance. If you elect this Option A, the following terms apply as of the date of this statement: (1) The annual percentage
rate(s) applicable to your account is shown in the INTEREST CHARGE CALCULATION section of this statement; (2) the annual membership fee notice will be on the front of
this statement; (3) there is no minimum finance charge imposed for use of the card; (4) For Foreign Purchase Transactions, a fee of 2.00% of each purchase transaction in
US dollars applies; (5) if the "New Balance" shown on the previous statement was paid in full by the payment due date shown on that statement, you may avoid paying interest
on purchases during the next statement cycle by paying in full the New Balance shown on this statement within 25 days after the statement cycle closing date; and (6) the
"average daily balance method (including new purchases)" is used to determine the balance for purchases on which the finance charge is computed. Your APR(s) will vary
with the market based on the Prime Rate.
Option B - If you do not wish to renew your card, you may terminate your card membership privileges by notifying us of your intention not to renew your card account at
1-800-272-2102 or Bank Card Center, P.O. Box 6609, Pine Bluff, AR 71611, not later than 30 days after the date of the statement containing the renewal notice was mailed to
you. Further, we request that you return your card(s) cut in half to our address shown above. If you elect Option B, your account will not be renewed, your card membership
privileges will be terminated and no annual fee will be charged to your account.
