MY LOVE LETTER TO GOD
P.90

1. My greatest concern in life for now is the healing of those who were
afflicted with the COVID virus and how we will go back to school becsuse
of this pandemic. God wants us to be with Him and stay closer to Him ny
way of trusting in HIm and keep on talking to Him through our prayers.

2 & 3.
Almighty God, how wonderful you are. Your love for us is so great
that You sent Jesus to die for our sins. I worship you Lord in Your
glorious splendor, and I do it with a lot of gladness in my heart.
Merciful Father, I am guilty of sin. Sometimes, I kept on doing
things that shows disrespect to my parent. I confess my sins before you
and I am sorry for them. Please forgive me and cleanse me from every
stain of sin.
Thank you Lord for you are there always beside me. The past 1st
quarter of schooling, you never fail to give me wisdom to understand
the lessons and I am so thankful for that, for without You I will not be
the 1st honor in the class. My heart overflows with joy for your blessings
to me. I pray also my schoolmates that whatever happens, they will feel
Your grace and presence in their lives.
I am humbly praying also for my family to keep protecting them
from any harm, sickness, and danger. I pray for the world that in this
time of pandemic, those who were greatly affected may find comfort
and heal them to make their lives back to normal.

I pray these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, . Amen

We have learned in the previous modules that Christian faith is

centered on our personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Therefore,
for us Catholics, to believe in Jesus Christ is to believe in the God He
reveals: The One True God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

To help us understand the meaning and relevance of the Triune

God in our life, this module seeks to enter into the mystery of
the Blessed Trinity, and see how God, who is the perfect
communion of persons, lovingly relates to us as Father, Son, and
Spirit.
The BLESSED TRINITY / HOLY TRINITY / TRIUNE GOD is
the central mystery of our Christian Faith and life. As mystery, let us
approach this positively since as infinite love, there is always more
to know and love in the Triune God. The analogy of human
relationships can best explain how the Triune God is the perfect
communion of persons. God relates to us personally and lovingly
as Father, Son, and Spirit.

* God is one being who exists in three equal and distinct

Persons. Person does not refer to an individual being or entity. God
acts as one being but each Person in God relates with us in a unique
way.

* God, the Father: Creator, maker of Heaven and Earth. We relate

to God as our Heavenly father, the source and sustainer of our life.
* God, the Son: God-with-us in Jesus Christ. He is the “Lamb of
God who takes away the sins of the World.” We relate to God as
Savior, Redeemer, Brother, and Friend in Jesus Christ.

* God, the Holy Spirit: God-in-us. He sanctifies us and enables us

to respond to God’s call to love. We relate to God as Guide,
Counselor, Companion in the Holy Spirit.

What does knowing the Triune God – Father, Son, and Spirit,
have to do with our life?

*** It has everything to do with our life. In knowing the Triune God,
we come to terms with our true identity and mission as human
persons: We are creatures and adopted children of God our
Father; We are beloved disciples of our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ; We are temples of the Holy Spirit.
