    MAE-Access User Manual for PS Core Network

    NEs
    After Login to MAE-Access Follow Below Steps to Collect HC:
    1- How to Collect Health Check for CloudEdge & 5GC?
    Below in Place of Product Type we can also select 5GCore for 5GC Health Check here for
    the Example CloudEdge is selected.
    Then Click Next Again and Finish. The Task Will be created and Start Collecting Health Check
    after its complete you can click on Download Button to download.
    2- How to Monitor and Export Alarms of CloudEdge & 5GC NEs?
    To Query Alarms Follow below Steps you can query Both Current& Historical Alarms

    We can click on Filter the to check NE we want to query the alarms for.
    Then we select the NE & NE Type for which want to query Alarm then click Ok

    This is what shows when you select NE vUSN and then you can export all Alarms.
    3- How to take a User Trace on MAE-Access?
    The Trace on MAE-Access is more Reliable while trouble shooting a User for long time it
    keeps the trace file there and can download it any time all messages are saved there.

    Follow below steps:

    Then from Left Pane we can choose to create User Tracing Task on any PS Core NE e.g vUSN,
    vCGW & vDGW,UPCF,UDM,vEPSN,vCG etc
    For Example we choose vUSN user Trace then click create
    After Tracing Completes you can stop, export or delete this task
    4- How to Activate Performance Measurement Counters for CloudEdge &
    5GC NEs?
    Follow Below steps to Activate Performance Measurement Counters for PS Core NEs.

    Then you can choose any counter subset for any NE than from right can choose any specific
    counter for 5 minutes or 30 Minutes Activation then click apply.
    5- How to Query Performance Counter or KPIs once they are Activated?
    Follow below to Query KPIs once they are successfully activated
    We can search and choose NE Type and Put Counter Name we need to Query then click
    search below
    From Query Can Also Export the Counters Results in Excel Sheet.
    6- How to add Counters in Template & then use templates to query KPIs
    quickly?
    Follow Below steps to Create a Counter Query Template and add
    Performance Counters to query from Template:
    Now to Query Counters from Save Template Go to Query Result from Performance and then
    follow below steps to Query:

    7- How to Collect Customize Information for CloudEdge & 5GC NEs like
    Logs,CHRs etc?
    Follow Below Steps to Collect Customized Data Collection for CloudEdge &
    5GC NEs:
    Then Click on Next Button Below

    Then In Search Button as shown below can put Log,MML,CHR etc what need to collect and
    search and then select.

    Then Click Next Again on Below

    After this need to set time period for collection and then click next and finish. Task will be
    created after task reached 100% can click om download Button to download Customized Data on
    Local PC
    8- How to Activate License on CLoudEdge& 5GC NEs using MAE-Access?
    Warning!! This Operation is Higly Risky without any Approval and Negligence
    of Complete Guidance don’t do this Operation
    Follow Below Steps to Activate the License for CloudEdge & 5GC NEs through
    MAE-Access:

    Then Upload License for any NE need to activate License after License is
    successfully loaded in step 4 then in step 5 need to click on Latest uploaded
    License and then click on Activate Button to Activate the License:
