E.N.S) Bambili is a Government institution created for the training of teachers that
would serve the country in facilitating learning in any part of the country where they
are posted to as need be. It was created as E.N.S.A.B, that is E.N.S Annex Bambili as
an independent institution not under the university of Bamenda as it is now.
All the information needed to enroll and write the competitive exam into this
school is seen in the communique from the government of cameroon signed from the
prime minister’s office on the 8th of June 2021 as order number 21-00348. A copy of
this communique can be gotten from the internet by visiting the website of the
Ministry of Higher Education, popularly called in French, Ministre des Enseignement

After enrolling to write the exam which is slated this year for the 16th of October
2021. To write this exam, adequate preparations are needed, which involves visiting
the past questions for your department and also being aware of the current issues
within the country. To get copies of past questions for the entrance exam into H.T.T.C,
you should visit any of the vendors often sitting under umbrellas along E.N.S. street
or visit any documentation offering such services around the university campus You
can also get past questions for the exam for your department from the internet posted
by some random individuals.
Enrolling to write the entrance exam involves paying through Mobile money. The
steps below are not included in the communique, so special note should be taken by
those who want to make payments for this exam using this means. The steps for
mobile money payers are as follows:
1. Dial *141*30# on an MTN SIM card.
2. Select 1 for Pay Registration.
3. Enter your names as on registration form.
4. Close window and dial *126# to aprove with your MTN momo pin
5. Your will receive an sms with your receipt link

Advantages of Gaining admission into H.T.T.C. Bambili

The advantages of getting into H.T.T.C. are many with other advantages which come
with being a civil servant in Cameroon. These advantages include:
 After you gain access into the university of Bamenda which houses H.T.T.C.
Bambili, instead of paying a tuition fee, you just get to pay a registration fee of
50,000FCFA which can be paid per semester, 25,000FCFA per semester during
the 3 years period for the first cycle and 2 years for the second cycle to have the
corresponding diploma.
 After completing the 3 years training program offered by the school for the first
cycle, or the 2 years program offered for the second cycle, you get a diploma
called the Secondary School Teacher’s Diploma, commonly called by the french
acronym, Diplôme de professeur de l’enseignement Secondaire (D.I.P.E.S. I) for
the first cycle and a D.I.P.E.S. II for the second cycle. These diplomas should
count as an added advantage when looking for part time jobs as a teacher or
administrator in other education oriented institutions within the country.
 Thirdly and most importantly, gaining entrance into H.T.T.C. Bambili offers you
a job automatically upon complition of the 3 years program offered in the first
cycle of the the instituttion. This seems to be the main reason why many
graduates and High school leavers prefer to enroll into the competitive exams into
this school in large numbers.
 One qualifies after the 2 years or 3 years of study in H.T.T.C. Bambili depending
on the cycle which you entered to teach in secondary schools as a classroom
teacher with a maximum working hours load of 18 hours. This gives the teacher
enough time to get involved with other beneficial activities like part time in other
institutions, or starting a small business to supplement his/her monthly salary
from the government of Cameroon.
 Being enrolled into H.T.T.C. Bambili means that you have the opportunity to
meet more government officials and build relationships which may be of great
importance in the future. Also, a good portfolio will earn you recognition by the
powers of the state that be which may earn you grants and even awards for a job
well done.
 Being a graduate from H.T.T.C Bambili makes you automatically a civil servant
after submitting all the necessary documents, hence making you entitled to a
monthly salary till your day of retirement when you start receiving a retirement
benefit which is one third of your normal salary monthly. This puts you at a
greater disposition to collect loans of huge sums of money which can be used to
invest in a lucrative business for greater returns.
 Being a civil servant also puts you at a better position to better plan your future,
especially your retirement so that you can be as comfortable as possible during
your old age.
 The last and not the least advantage of gaining admission into H.T.T.C. Bambili
is that it builds in you the spirit of patriotism which is not only beneficial to you,
butt to the country as a whole.
Finally, because its a competitive exam, some people are supposed not to make it.
If you unfortunately fall within this group, I urge you to take heart and continue with
your education while trying the exam again the next launching season. Better still,
you can invest your money in a small business while waiting for the next launch so
that you can run the business while teaching which is allowed. Wish you good luck if
you intend to write the competitive entrance exam this year.
