HERITAGE+ROSSI HIGH NOON LEVER GUN REBATE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Consumers who purchase a NEW qualifying Heritage 92, Rossi R92 or Rossi R95 Lever Action
Rifle in the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico during the Promotion Period
(defined below) and successfully MAIL IN a valid claim will be eligible to receive the
Heritage+Rossi High Noon Lever Gun rebate.

One (1) Free Official Heritage Rough Rider Revolver

Promotion Period: Qualifying NEW purchase must be made between October 1, 2024 and
January 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) to claim the Free Rough Rider Revolver rebate.
Purchase date is determined by the date on the receipt. All claims must be received by
February 15, 2025.

While this promotional offer does not impose restrictions based on the number of claims by name,
family, address, or household, each rebate claim must pertain to a ‘New’ firearm purchase. This
means the firearm must not have been previously purchased, owned, or used. The claim must
include the unique verified serial number and proof-of-purchase (as defined below).

Submitting a claim: The customer has 2 options to file a claim:

Option 1: Online Pre-file Form – Print Confirmation and Mail:

The customer can complete the online form and submit claim by visiting
https://tauruspromos.com. All online rebate submissions must include the following proofs
of purchase:

‫ ٭‬Purchase receipt – store name, purchase date and firearm details must be
included
‫ ٭‬FFL Transfer Form
Customer will receive an email confirmation with a PDF attachment containing the “Pre-
file” claim number. PRINT only the PDF attachment and MAIL it to the address below.
Online claims will not be processed until this mail in portion is received.

The customer can print and complete the claim form provided below. All claims must
include photocopies of all 3 of the following proofs of purchase. (Please keep the
originals for your records.)

This rebate is subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Non-Qualifying Submissions:
• Failure to provide the requested information may cause delays or prevent the processing
of your claim, potentially resulting in claim denial.
• USED firearm purchases do not qualify and will be denied.
• Receipts that appear to be modified or are illegible will not be accepted.
• Delivery receipts, pick-up receipts and all other forms of receipts that are not the original
dated purchase receipts will not be accepted.
• Dealers, Distributors and Retailers are not eligible for this promotion, proof of purchaser
will be validated.

2. Heritage+Rossi reserves the right to verify any and all information submitted on a claim.
Heritage+Rossi shall make all determinations regarding the validity of the receipts and all such
decisions shall be final. Heritage+Rossi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual (and all of his or her claims) who tampers with the claim submission process. Use of
fictitious names or addresses could result in federal prosecution for fraud.

3. No group or organization requests will be honored. Requests for fulfillment to PO Boxes will not
be accepted. This promotional offer is not combinable with any other special program or rebates
offered by Heritage+Rossi.

4. After a properly completed claim form with all required documentation has been received by mail
and verified by Heritage+Rossi and/or its claim processing agent, the Heritage+Rossi High Noon
Lever Gun rebate will be sent to the dealer address provided on the FFL Transfer Form within 6-8
weeks. FFL must be in the same state as customer residency. Customer is responsible for the
FFL Transfer fee. Customers in IL, HI, MN, NY will receive a steel frame Rough Rider. No special
requests. Rough Rider Revolver based on availability.

5. Heritage+Rossi is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, stolen or misdirected claim submissions
or documentation or computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions,
or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are
human or technical in nature.

6. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and end-user customer assumes the responsibility for
assuring the legality in their location. Eligibility for this offer is limited to purchases made by
buyers with a valid U.S. or Puerto Rico mailing address. Offer is valid only for customers 21 years
of age and older.

7. Heritage+Rossi makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its offers in materials but does not
accept responsibility for errors in printing, even if Heritage+Rossi has been made aware of such
errors in advance. Heritage+Rossi reserves the right to add or delete products from the eligibility
list, change program terms, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

8. Your participation in this promotion constitutes permission for Heritage+Rossi to use any
information submitted or collected in connection with this rebate promotion, including your mailing
address, telephone number, email address or any other identifying information, for
