Prepurchase Examinations

Global aircraft

Downtime: 12 days

• Level 1 — standard inspection


• Level 2 — in-depth inspection (includes removal of the Nose Wheel assembly to inspect NLG axles for
corrosion, Detailed Inspection of the Pitch Trim Actuator, etc.)

Downtime is for completion of inspection tasks and standard inspection report only, does not include
downtime required to correct discrepancies generated.

Global Prepurchase “Select” & “Plus” items

In addition to our core Prepurchase Examination, the following ‘’Select’’ option items may be added at the
customers’ discretion. The customer may also choose to bundle maintenance events and refurbishments
with the ‘’Plus’’ option.

• Scheduled airworthiness inspections : Hour, Landing, Month


• Engine borescope inspection (both engines)
• APU borescope inspection
• Aircraft weight and balance
• Registration number change
• Passenger door stair tread removal to inspect door stairs
• Inventory of loose equipment
• Verify completion center installed equipment list
• Verify part tags for replacement of life-limited components
• Research optional service bulletin status (airframe and engine)
• Remove antennas on lower fuselage and inspect for corrosion
• Restoration of the avionics and/or APU battery

Additional downtime may be required to comply with the tasks listed. Repair of discrepancies generated
may also affect downtime. All work scope items must be listed in the Proposal and approved by both the
buyer and seller. For added pricing/downtime and additional options not listed, contact our dedicated

Downtime: 12 days

Challenger 300 “Select” & “Plus” items


In addition to our core Prepurchase Examination, the following ‘’Select’’ option items may be added at the
customers’ discretion. The customer may also choose to bundle maintenance events and refurbishments
with the ‘’Plus’’ option.
• Scheduled airworthiness inspections : Hour, Month
• Engine compressor wash
• Engine Borescope inspection (Both Engines)
• Aircraft weight and balance
• Registration number change
• Hydraulic system contamination test
• Inventory of loose equipment
• Research optional service bulletin status (airframe and engine)
• Borescope Inspection under galley, lavatory and vanity for spillage, corrosion and staining evidence
Additional downtime may be required to comply with the tasks listed. Repair of discrepancies generated
may also affect downtime. All work scope items must be listed in the Proposal and approved by both the
buyer and seller. For added pricing/downtime and additional options not listed, contact our dedicated

Challenger 604 & 605 aircraft


Downtime: 12 days

• Level 1 — standard inspection

• Level 3 — in-depth plus inspection (Engine borescope inspection, additional APU inspection tasks and
airworthiness inspections, etc.)
Pricing does not include scheduled airframe and engine inspections, engine borescope & APU inspection,
ignitor plugs, and water drains replacement (Parts and/or vendor services are required). Downtime is for
completion of inspection tasks and standard inspection report only, does not include downtime required
to correct discrepancies generated.

Downtime: 7-9 days

Learjet “Select” & “Plus” items

customers’ discretion. The customer may also choose to bundle maintenance events and refurbishments

• Scheduled inspections: Phase A-D


• Aircraft flight evaluation
• Engine borescope inspection (both engines)
• Comply with 5-point engine run per engine maintenance manual
• Aircraft weight and balance
• Registration number change
• Verify pitch and yaw alignment of pitot static probe
• Inventory of loose equipment
• Research optional service bulletin status (airframe and engine)

Additional downtime may be required to comply with the tasks listed as noted below. Repair of discrepancies
generated may also affect downtime. All work scope items must be listed in the Proposal and approved
