CONCEPT

Located at one of the entrances to the city of Lille, the building is a distinctive urban façade. The
building’s streamlined shape complements its multiple functions and its connection to the nearby
railway. It houses office and residential spaces, and features a flexible interior design that adapts to
the changing needs of its users. The building places great importance on environmental
sustainability, using environmentally friendly building materials and relying on renewable
energy. The building’s morphology, with its curves, complements the organic nature of various flow
systems (pedestrian, bicycle, car, bus, tram, and train) and the park.
