Instructions: Fill these out as completely as you can. The better this is, the more likely character
development is. Bold are mandatory questions. You don’t have to answer each single one, just
enough to give me an idea of your characters.
1. After playing/watching me DM for the past few months now, is there anything I can
improve on? Anything you might not like too much? Anything I should do more
of?
2. What do you want out of this campaign? To be a clear cut badass? To inspire
people? Spectacular moments? Self sacrifice? Epic fights? Downtime? Etc.
Telling me what you want to do just in general will help me plan stuff for your
characters such as special moments, loot etc.
3. What is your character's hometown like? Don’t worry about not knowing official locations,
describe a place and I’ll make it so.
5. Describe your character’s family and his/her relationship with his/her family.
11. Who do you know in the world? These can be friends, enemies, extended family,
acquaintances, former employers, or even travelers you have met while they were passing
through your town.

15. What major flaws do you have? These can be physical, mental, social. What minor flaws or
struggles do you have that you are trying to overcome? Was there something that caused
you to have these flaws?
16. What are they super into? Potion-making? Bees? Fashion? Explain their hobbies
or pastimes. We’re playing future gods but they shouldn’t be boring.
17. What line won't they cross? (E.g. they won't hurt animals/children, they refuse to go on
boats, )
18. What keeps your character awake at night? What do they worry about?
19. Who is the most important person in your character's life? Why? Describe the most
important moment in your character's relationship with that person.

clothing, armor, or a weapon
23. How would someone who just met your character describe their personality and
mannerisms?

personality and mannerisms?
25. What is your character dressed like? Are they wearing Gladiator Armor? Bronze
