Warm greetings!
We are third-year Bachelor of Science in Social Work students enrolled in SW 28: Social
Welfare Program/Project Development. This course aims to develop skills in using tools for
project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation among the students.
Hence, we are tasked to identify one barangay where we can develop a project to help the
community. We have identified your Barangay as our locale because we believe the
administration is one of us advocating sustainable development.
In this regard, may we request your permission to conduct a preliminary interview with your
barangay secretary or any barangay officials who can help us in doing community profiling. The
purpose of this interview is to gather essential information about the barangay’s current
situation, needs, and challenges, as well as to explore potential areas where our project can
contribute to the development of the community.
Rest assured that the information gathered will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used
for the project development process.
We are looking forward to your favorable response to this request. Should you have any
questions or require further clarification, you may contact us at 09683007914 or
[email protected].
