That the first party is the sole proprietor, owner and occupier of the
property mentioned in the property schedule. The second party wants to
rent the ……………floor of this property for eleven months and the first
party is also ready to rent the said property to the second party for eleven
months on the request of the second party. In this regard, the following
conditions have been fixed and agreed between the two parties in respect
of the following tenancy property. For which both the parties, their heirs,

Following are the terms of the rent agreement: -
1- That the above tenancy will be valid and effective from the date

with the consent of both the parties, which will be paid by the
second party to the first party from 1st to 7th of every month and the

which is acceptable to the first party.

7- That the second party can get a bank account, gas connection and
