INTRODUCTION

1. AEB
- Automatic Filling Parameter Adjustment

2. Purpose
- AEB is to compensate tolerances such as plate clearance and pressure level which influence
oil filling procedure for each clutch.

3. Service Interval
- When TCU [EST-37(A)] is replaced
- When T/M is completely disassembled and reassembled.
- When T/M is replaced
- When T/M oil is replaced

Transmission Calibration can be
conducted using either an AEB Starter
or Testman-Pro

* Details & error codes can be found in the machines Shop Manual

STAGE 1 - Warm Up The Transmission

Step 1 Step 2
Start Engine Release Parking Brake

Step 3 Step 4
Transmission Lever in Forward Press Brake Pedal
Select Gear 3 or 4 Push Accel. Pedal – At same time

Step 5
Warm up until T/M temperature
becomes 80 ~ 90 degree Step 6
Engine OFF

STAGE 2 – Connect

Step 1
Step 3
Open the Electrical box & locate the AEB connector.
Put The Transmission Lever in Neutral
(The AEB Connector on the Mega series is located
under the seat, on the upper tray)

Step 4
Start The Engine &
Run at 800 ~ 1000 RPM

Step 5
Check Display PL

Step 2
Engage Parking Brake

STAGE 3 – Start

Step 1 Step 3
Push and hold the AEB starter button
Check the transmission display OK
ST will be shown on Display

Step 4
Turn the engine OFF

Step 2
Hold the button until calibration is started

K1, ‘K2’, ‘K3’….’KR’ will be displayed


Step 5
Disconnect the AEB Starter
