Needle control:
1. Button opening and closing shouldn't be tight, creating stress to the button hole.

3. Button full test must into 17lbs for 10sec.

China Requirements N/A

(Optional)

Fabric/Cutting 1. Cutting panel should be accurate to avoid puckering issue

(Optional)
2. Both way cutting
3. We mentioned the mill to maintain the color blocking in fabrics.
Sewing/Construction 1. Ensure stitch tension not too tight at bottom hem.
(Optional)
2. Front bottom hem s/b aligned w/ back bottom hem since the both of lengths are same.
3. Number of stitch should be 11 per inch

4. Pls avoid " Wavy" shape at edge of bottom, it should have smooth line at center back joining seam.

5. Make sure to collar attachement and eveness on neck stitching is maintained.

6. Twill tape - there is a risk of button hole stitching slipping off the twill tape and needs to take care of the stitch density
and width of the button hole stitching.
7. As this is a mix medious style the different shering must not be more than 1%.

Finishing/Packing
(Optional) 1. Dry well after steaming and check the humidity using the Hand Held Moisture meter( During rainy season)
