PROGRAM

A candidate has to fulfill the following basic conditions to be Eligible to apply for SARTHI’s
Sponsorship for the Coaching of MPSC MES Examination: -

1. The applicant must belong to Maratha / Kunbi / Maratha-Kunbi / Kunbi-Maratha

community. The candidate will be entitled for stipend and sponsorship to coaching classes

only if he / she willsubmit the Caste Certificate issued by the Competent

authority/EWS/School Leaving Certificate indicating clearly that they belong to Kunbi,

Maratha, Maratha-Kunbi or Kunbi-Maratha community.

2. The applicant must be a Domicile of Maharashtra. (Certificate issued by the Competent

authority is MUST).

3. The applicant must be Graduate in any discipline as on 1 July 2023to be eligible for this

program.

4. The Applicant MUST be from a Non-Creamy Layer Category (Total Family Income from

all sources, should not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs per annum)

5. For SARTHI-MPSC-MES-2023 age of applicant should be as per norms of MPSC MES

Examination.

6. Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate is ELIGIBLE or has

fulfilled all the criteria.The Application is subject to scrutiny THROUGH DOCUMENT

VERIFICATION, IF SELECTED THROUGH MPSC MES CET. The same will be rejected

if the applicant is found to be ineligible at any point of time.

8. Candidates who have already taken benefit of UPSC/MPSC/IBPS/NET/SET Regular

Coaching OR Fellowship sponsored by SARTHI, Pune are not be eligible for this CET &

MPSC MES 2023-24 Coaching Program.

9. Candidates barred by SARTHI for malpractice are not be eligible for this CET & MPSC

MES 2023-24 Coaching Program.

10. Candidates doing full time/part time jobs, selected at Government jobs are not be eligible for

this CET & MPSC MES 2023-24 Coaching Program.

The Applicant should carefully go through Guidelines of the SARTHI-MPSC-MES-

CET 2023

Declaration: Instruction regarding MPSC CET 2023 will be displayed only on

SARTHI Website sarthi-maharashtragov.in.

And few important messages, only if required, will be sent on Emails and Mobile

Numbers submitted by the candidate in MPSC MES Online Application.

SARTHI, Pune will not be responsible for Inactive Whatsapp or Emails/Unreachable

numbers or spamming of Email.

General Instructions about Online application for SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023
1. Intake capacity is about 250.

2. Candidates who have filled the Online Application Form for MPSC MES 2023 will be eligible to

appear for the CET to be held 22 OCTOBER 2023. (Sunday)

3. SARTHI-MPSC-MES-2023 Examination will be conducted at Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur,

Aurangabad, Nashik and Kolhapur Centers in Computer Based Mode. No request for change in
exam centre will be accepted. Exact name and location of the exam centre will be intimated to students
by SARTHI, Pune through E Admit Card and also declared on SARTHI website.

4. Online e-Admit Card will be provided to students from 3rd OCTOBER 2023(from 5.00pm
onwards) through link on SARTHI website. Venue of Examination Centre, Date and timing of

 examination will be mentioned inAdmitCard only. Candidates will not be communicated by any other
mode ofcommunication. Candidates must visit the SARTHI website and download admit card. In case

5. All communication messages will be sent on emails/mobile numbers given by students in

Online Application Form. SARTHI will not be responsible if students’ mobile numbers are not
reachable/ switched off or if the emails are not read by students. Students must frequently keep
themselves updated by reading SARTHI website, check their emails/whatsapp numbers for
messages regarding SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023.

6. Any change/modification on SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023 will be updated only on

SARTHI website.No separate or individual communication will be made.

The Pattern of Question Paper for SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023

1) This CET will be conducted on Desktops/Computers arranged at the approved

Exam Centres; no mobiles/iPads/earphones/paper material or electrical gadgets
or any other device is permitted for this CET in the Exam Hall.
2) Entrance Test will be conducted in one session Only. Each question will carry 2
marks.

3) Marks Calculation: 1/4 of the total marks allotted to the question will be deducted
for every wrong Answer
4) There will no time gap, it will be a continuous test session of two hours.
5) This Exam is to be given at allotted Exam centre only on Computer; No own devices,
mobiles, laptops, iPads are not allowed strictly inside the Exam centre’ Breach of this
rule will lead to Barring the candidate from all further SARTHI programs, such
candidate will be backlisted and announced on SARTHI website.

 MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023
1. Candidates shall report the examination center at exactly 10:30 am as mentioned in E Admit Card.
2. Candidate will not be allowed to enter examination premise after 11.15 AM. specified by authorities
(e.g., 5 min before commencement of examination).
3. Seating arrangement is made available at the centre, candidates must reach the respective
Examination Hall as per their SEAT NUMBER and acquire the seat allocated.
4. Candidate are required to compulsorily carry the original government identification proof (Driving
license /Aadhar card / Pan card / voting card any of these).
5. Candidate is required to sign on E Admit Card in front of supervisor on the day of Examination
and ensure to submit it to supervisor after completion of examination. Exams will be active at exactly
11:30AM, immediately candidates must login to the examination portal and start with the exam.
6. In case of system related issues student can bring it to notice of Supervisor. They will guide you to get
query or issues resolved.
7. Candidates are provided with the login credentials for examination. They can login into system using
those credentials.
8. Candidates are requested not to panic for time taken in resolving queries / issues. They must
immediately inform the Invigilator or Supervisor regarding technical or other issues.
9.Candidates will carry only a SIMPLE BALL POINT PEN into the Exam Hall.Candidates will not be
allowed to carry books / mobile / smart watches/Earbuds / Electronic devices / fancy pens and any
other paper material or any electrical gadgets in examination hall. If any such material is found with
the candidate, he/she will be barred from the Examination as well as ANY future benefits from
SARTHI, Pune.
10. No Candidate will be allowed to go out before the end time of examination i.e., 1:30 noon. (Barring
bio breaks).
11. Candidate has to take care of their belongings which they are carrying at examination center. No
authority is responsible for the loss of belongings.
12. Differently abled candidates will be given 30 minutes extra for examination.
13. In case of Differently able candidate if he / she wants examination assistant (scriber) they have to
arrange it themselves ( for only Visual impaired and locomotor disability)
14. All Examination Halls are under Camera Surveillance.
15. Candidates are requested to follow the basic Covid norms like sanitization use of masks etc.
16. IF ANY CANDIDATE IS FOUND IN ANY KIND OF MALPRACTICE, HE/SHE WILL BE
BARRED FROM ANY BENEFIT/SCHEME OF SARTHI, PUNE AND PENAL ACTIONWILL
BE INITIATED AGAINST THE CANDIDATE INCLUDING BLACKLISTING AND ACTION
FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE

 MOCK TEST
A MOCK TRIAL TEST IS SCHEDULED FOR CANDIDATES BEFORE THE ACTUAL FINAL SARTHI
SARTHI-MPSC MES -CET- 2023
The Mock Test is scheduled from 19th October 2023 (11 AM TO 6 PM ONLY for two days only).

The Mock Test Link will be published on SARTHI WEBSITEwww.sarthi-maharashtragov.in and

it will be available only for two Days 19/10/2023 and 20/10/2023.

The Mock Test can be attempted through the candidates own device though the link published.

Candidates must login using their Credentials as filled in MPSC MES Online Application Form.

 Selection Procedure:

1. It is mandatory for every candidate to appear for SARTHI-MPSC-MES-CET 2023 to be held

on 22 OCTOBER 2023. (Sunday). Any candidate who does not appear for SARTHI-MPSC-
MES-CET 2023 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION.

2. Final selection of 250 candidates will be based on merit of the total marks scored in
SARTHI-MPSC-MES-CET 2023 and subject to Document verification only.
3. First Provisional merit list of the selected candidates will be uploaded on SARTHI website
www.sarthi-maharashtragov.in
4. Second merit list will be declared only if any selected candidate in first merit list does not take
admission till the last deadline for admission, declared by SARTHI.
5. Only Selected candidates will be required to bring the original documents for verification at
SARTHI, Pune or at any other place as may be notified by SARTHI, failure to which the
candidature of the candidates will not beconsidered.

The selected candidates will be required to submit the following documents for verification, if
Announced in Merit List and called for Document Verification:-

1. SSC certificate or any other proof of Date of Birth Certificate

2. Mark Sheet and Certificate of Graduation
3. Mark Sheet and Certificate of Post- Graduation (applicable if the candidate is post -
graduate)
4. Caste Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/EWS
5. Non-CreamylayerCertificate/Income certificate (based on 3 years income, issued by Tehsildar
office)/EWS
