1. Yarn, I used:
- Alize Cotton Gold Pratica (55% Cotton - 45% Acrylic, 100g (3,53oz)/220m (240yd))
pink (33) - 2g (0,07oz)/4 m (5yd)
green (35) ) - 10g (0,35oz)/22m (24yd)
white (62) - 14g (0,49oz)/31m (34yd)
black (60) - 193g (6,81oz)/425 m (463yd)
2. 2.75 mm crochet hook
3. Button (D=22 mm (0.9 inches))
4. Scissors
5. Tapestry needle
Abbreviations (US):
MR – magic ring
Ch - chain
Sc – single crochet
Inc – increase (work two sc in one stitch)
The finished bag using the materials stated in this pattern is ~7.1 inches / 18 cm in
height and ~12.2 inches / 31 cm in width.

Tips before starting:
The front and back parts of the bag are crocheted in the Intarsia crochet technique. If
you did not crochet in this technique before, watch the YouTube video. You can find
different videos on YouTube if needed.
- The front and back parts of the bag are crocheted in single crochet. Each square in the
pattern indicates one single crochet.
- The front and back parts of the bag are crocheted according to the pattern from
bottom to top (see the chart below). The first row is crocheted from right to left.
- Crochet the front and back parts of the bag in back and forth rows (turn as you
complete each row).
- Begin each new row with a turning chain.
You can use bobbins (or a piece of cardboard to wrap the yarn around) for crocheting
the colored blocks. Add more yarn once the yarn on the bobbin is finished. You can use
as many bobbins as you like. Before starting work, you should have ready bobbins in
pearl and rose colors.
Try not to pull the yarn too tight when changing colors, but also do not let it be too
loose so that there are no gaps.

Start crocheting the front side of the bag. Chain 71 with black yarn. Start working in
the second chain from the hook as follows in the chart below.
After the end of each row turn and ch 1. The ch 1 does not count as a stitch.

Handle of the bag (make 2)
Leave a long tail for sewing at the beginning and end of the row.
Chain 8 with black yarn. Start working in the second chain from the hook.
1 row: 7 sc, turn
2-74 rows: ch, 7 sc, turn
Do not cut yarn and crochet one circle round of sc around all handle.
The handle using the materials stated in this pattern is ~1.3 inches / 32 cm in length.
Make the length of the handle as desired.
Bottom of the bag
Black yarn
Chain 11, and start working in the second chain from the hook.
Row 1: 10 sc, turn
Rows 2-156: ch, 10 sc, turn
Row 157: ch, 10 sc
Do not cut yarn.
Assembly
Place the bottom and the front site part of the bag with wrong sides to each other and
crochet them together using sc. Use black yarn. You will make 157 sc, then end the
work. Hide the yarn tail.
Then crochet together bottom of the bag and back side. Use black yarn. Make 157 sc,
end the work. Hide the yarn tail.
Bag closure
Chain 9 with black yarn. Start working in the second chain from the hook.
1 row: 8 sc, turn
2 row: ch, 2 sc, 4 ch, skip 4 sc, 2 sc, turn
3-15 rows: ch, 8 sc, turn
Do not cut yarn and crochet one circle round of sc around all bag closure.
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
Ear (make 4)
Black yarn
1 row: 6 sc into MR
2 row: (1 sc, inc) х 3 (9)
3 row: (2 sc, inc) х 3 (12)
4 row: (3 sc, inc) х 3 (15)
5 row: (4 sc, inc) х 3 (18)

Fold the top of the ear flat, and work 17 sc through both loops together.
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
Sew the handles, closure and button.
Sew the ears on both sides of the bag. Follow the photo.
