    PROCESS ENGINEER

    PROFILE
    I am 28 -years-old, I live in Algiers. I hold a master’s degree in cryogenic process engineering. After I
    graduated from college, I achieved 24 months experience in the field of oil and gas in which I developed
    and put into practice substantive knowledge in the sizing of production units and mechanical and process
    equipment, I became familiar with chemical process modeling software such as (Aspen HYSYS, AFT Fathom)
    and technical drawing software (AutoCAD P&ID, CADWorx P&ID).
    In order to value and further develop my skills, I hope to join a team in my field of activity in any company
    offering viable opportunities for knowledge and a good career .

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
    Process Engineer - CIMET SPA (Company of Industrial Maintenance, Engineering and
    Testing), Chéraga, Algiers from July 2022 to January 2024

    CIMET is a private company, operating in the field of Engineering, procurement and construction in the
    industrial field
    . by focusing on oil and gas.
    At CIMET, I worked in synergy with my colleagues in different engineering disciplines while respecting
    international guidelines and standards. I was able to achieve:

     Engineering study of ongoing projects :


    A contribution to the basic studies as well as to the front-end engineering design (FEED study) of a project
    involving a manufacturing process, I was in charge of breaking the man-hours related to the deliverables
    of the process discipline including the development of process flow diagrams (PFD) drawings, piping and
    instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), equipment lists, datasheets and specifications, and calculation notes for
    some equipment and production units.

     Preparation of technical offers

    Detailed analysis of different tender documents related to different types of projects.

     Missions and site visits


    As part of the tender process, I visited production and exploitation sites for the following projects:
    • Rehabilitation of the internal organs of columns reboilers in a central processing Facility
    Sonatrach-Production Division.
    • Implementation of fire and gas systems and emergency shut down systems at NAFTAL-El
    EULMA.
    • Design, engineering, civil engineering, supply, transport, assembly, training, testing and
    commissioning of fifteen (15) photovoltaic solar power plants with a total output of 2000 MWp
    divided into fifteen (15) lots including their electrical transmission network connections
    • Contribution to the drafting of detailed technical offers.

    Junior Process Engineer – Sonatrach - Oil Engineering and Development Division, Hydra,
    Algiers between 04/2021 and 10/2021
    As a process engineer-in-training, I performed a process simulation of an existing crude oil and gas
    central processing facility to evaluate plant equipment under multiple operating scenarios using Aspen
    HYSYS V11, the treatment provided by the plant is the stabilization of crude oil and extraction of
    condensate and dry gas. The plant has 11 types of unit operations for a set of 96 equipment excluding
    valves which are 170.
    My task was to collect data from P&ID, BFD, PFD and DCS interfaces, modeling the plant in stationary
    mode and preparing the model for dynamic simulation by adding control loops and control systems.

    Chemical trainee at - Aigle detergents factory, Algiers from mars-2019 to April-2019


    At The Laboratory for Analysis and Quality Control, I had the opportunity to contribute to the following
    tasks:
    • Preparation of a prototype laundry liquid detergent for hand washing based on a valid formula.
    • Analysis of the active ingredient in detergents.
    • Measuring chlorometric degree of bleach.
    • Measuring the foaming power of a liquid detergent.
    • Measuring viscosity in liquid detergents using stokes method.
    UNIVERSITY DEGREES
    • Master’s degree in cryogenic process engineering: obtained in 2021
    • Bachelor’s degree in process engineering: obtained in 2019
    I graduated in both fields at the University of science and technology , Houari Boumédiene , Bab Zouar,
    Algiers.
