INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the MSM Unify Marketplace!

A. REGISTER AS AN AGENT
1. Go to MSM Unify Marketplace: https://msmunify.com/. Go to the bottom
of the page, and click on Log-in under the Agents section, or you can
directly go to https://www.msmunify.com/agent-prospect-landing-page

4. Once on the signup page, fill up the information details and click
on the consent box below. Don’t forget to click on the captcha.
Click Sign Up.
For agents working for a company or an institution, please provide contact
details for the verification process.
Note: Agents should only register once. Once they’ve already used an existing
email address in the system, they will not be able to register. If the email
address already exists, click the “Already have an account” button.

6. After log-in, the page will redirect to the MSM Unify Dashboard.
Note: Profile completion is part of the agent’s due diligence process. Agents
can no longer change registered email addresses.

THE DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS
If the due diligence is incomplete, agents will automatically be
redirected to complete their profile on their next log-in. Make sure to
fill out the form completely. This is a step-by-step process. Agents
cannot proceed to the next step if they fail to provide all the
mandatory details.

Indicate the agent's complete name, contact details, and role in the
company mentioned in the first step.
3. Bank Details
Make sure to fill out the complete banking details. Agents also have the
option to postpone the provision of bank information. Simply tick off
the “I do not wish to provide bank details at this time.” Agents will
then be asked to provide a valid reason.

6. Additional Information
Give details about how you learned about being an MSM Unify Agent.
Agents must also provide at least two references. Give their contact
information for verification. Click “I consent to the MSM Unify terms
of service” and click Finish.
After completing the due diligence, agents will have to wait for the
completion of the verification process.

B. PROCESS APPLICATIONS
On the left side below Dashboard, there are different side tabs:
INSTITUTIONS
1. Click on Institutions to see all the information for every school
partnered with MSM Unify. Clicking on the name of the institution
will open the institution’s webpage within the MSM Unify portal.

3. Agents will only be able to access complete information of program
and marketing collaterals if they have completed the Due Diligence
process of that institution. If the Due Diligence process is pending,
ADD will appear to remind them to fill up the Agent
Evaluation Form (AEF).
Each agent must complete the AEF for each institution they intend to
partner with. They need to click on the Add button and it will open
the AEF for the institution. Completely fill up the form. Some of the
agent’s details will automatically be reflected in the form.
Note: This AEF is specific for each institution.

5. Click the Save & Submit button once done.
OPERATION
This section contains multiple sub-menus, including:
STUDENTS
The list of all the students will be visible here, containing their basic
details of passport, education history, test scores, documents, and
visa history. Using this function, agents can add details about the
students, including programs or institutions they are interested in.
This section also includes the activity and all the queries related to
the student. It also carries the number of applications done for
each student.

1. Click on the + symbol to create a student profile. Agents can also use
this page to edit information on some of the student profiles they
have already made.
2. Fill up all required information. Fields with a red asterisk (*) are
mandatory and should not be left blank.

3. Click on the Save button after filling in all the required information
Agents can edit and add relevant information on this page, such as Educational
Background, Test Scores, Documents, Student Visa, Interests, Activities, Student’s Notes,
and Applications.
1. Click the Test Scores sub-menu to input the student’s English exam
test scores (i.e., IELTS, CAEL, etc.) For the Test Scores sub-menu, this
is where agents may input the student lead’s English exam test scores,
like the IELTS.For the Test Scores sub-menu, this is where agents may
input the student lead’s English exam test scores, like the IELTS.

2. Click on the Documents sub-menu to find documentation that
institutions may require from students, like their transcript of records,
health certificates, English proficiency results, and even their
birth certificates.
3. Click on the Student Visa sub-menu to view all visa and study permits
the student has acquired.

4. Click on the Interest sub-menu to update the student’s preferred
programs and institutions. This should help agents narrow down the
choices for the students to increase success in sending
the applications.

6. Choose the Student’s Notes section for all reminders, notes, and
additional information pertaining to the student.

mandatory field with a red asterisk (*).

3. Click the Save button after all information has been entered.

ELIGIBILITY TEST
Click on the Eligibility Test button to know which programs and
institutions the students qualify for based on the student information
provided, such as country, grades, and English proficiency.
PROGRAM SEARCH
For checking the available programs and institutions the student can
apply for, click on the Program Search sub-menu.

APPLICATIONS
1. Click on this sub-menu for sending applications without creating a
student profile.
2. Click on the + button.

B. Manage User Accounts
Primary account users have the option to add multiple accounts
under one organization name. Here’s how agents can
create a sub-user:
1. Go to the Account section on the top right-hand corner
of the screen.

3. Agents can add the details of the users. Click Save. The registered
sub-user/s will get a message on the email ID with the link and
password they can use to access the portal.
4. After saving, agents should authorize the newly created sub-user
based on their role in the organization. They can grant RO for
Read-Only Access, RW for Read and Write Access, and FC for
Full Control Access.

Accessing Marketing Forms and
Knowledge Centre
On the lower left side of the dashboard, you will see a section dedicated
to marketing collaterals. The Knowledge Base tab contains all useful
documents needed by agents, such as navigating the agent portal and
access to applications.
The Forms tab contains all important forms agents can use when
processing student applications.
