3. ETHICAL CONDUCT:
3.1. Employees must always conduct themselves with the highest ethical standards.
3.2. Honesty, integrity, and respect for others are paramount and must be demonstrated in all
interactions, both internally and externally.
3.3. Employees must avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to their
immediate supervisor or the Human Resources department.
3.4. Any unethical conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
employment.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS:
7.1. Any employee who becomes aware of a violation of this policy or any other company policy
must report it to their immediate supervisor or the Human Resources department.
7.2. Finding The Rhythm prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports a violation in
good faith.
7.3. Reports of violations will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken
based on the findings.
By adhering to this Governance Policy, Finding The Rhythm and its employees commit to
upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and
including termination of employment.
