I. Introduction: Students will introduce themselves and provide basic personal information.
1. What is your name? How old are you? Where do you study?
2. Where do you live? How many people are there in your family? Who are they?
II. Short Conversation: Engage the student in a short conversation, asking questions and
encouraging them to ask questions in return.
1. Let's talk about your favorite subject in school. What is it, and why do you like it?
2. Do you have any plans for the upcoming weekend? What are you going to do?
III. Free talk: Students will give a short presentation or talk about a topic. Teachers choose
one of the topics below:
- Talk about what you like to do in your free time.
- What technology do you often use, computers or smart phones? How often do
you use this device and why?
- Talk about a book you've read recently. Describe the plot, characters, and why
you recommend it.
