    TRAINING DETAILS: 1) Don’t work with a conveyor when it is in running state, even if a conveyor is in offline condition
    keep it in mind it can run anytime. Before working with conveyor ensure PTW & LOTOTO is implemented.
    2) While working near a conveyor WG must equipped with safety helmet, mono goggles, safety shoe, nose mask & reflective
    overall.
    3) Don’t climb, sleep or lean to a conveyor even if it is in offline condition.
    4) Never wear loose clothes, long hair while working or passing by moving conveyor as there is a high possibility of body
    parts entrapment into the conveyor.
    5) 360 deg guarding provision need to be implemented for all moving parts of a conveyor i.e all pulleys, couplings, all power
    transmission shafts and their nip points & must be restored after job completion.
    6) Proper housekeeping need to be done for conveyor walkway prior & after any job.
    7) Don’t tamper with safety devices installed in a conveyor i.e ZSS, BSS & PCS system.
    8) While working with conveyor a supervisor must be present throughout the job for keen supervision.
    9) Ensure proper illumination at the staircase, walkway near to conveyor.
    10) If any abnormality appeared in conveyor operation immediately report it to site-in-charge, shift IC or any other executive
    authority to avoid any imminent accident.
