Term Project Studies are extremely important in this course and your serious efforts on

them are expected.

Web Page:

• A tentative schedule for this course may be found on course web page (NINOVA) along
with all the written study and term project assignments. Announcements will be done in
this page. Solutions to the exams will be placed on line in a timely manner.

Study Report Due Date:

• Due date is 2 weeks after the delivery date of the study.


• Please hand your reports over on time.
• Late reports will be scored 10 point absent for each late day.
• After 3 days, your assignments will not be accepted.

Cheating :

• Cheating will not be allowed in any of the study and it will be penalized severely.
• You are encouraged to diccuss the problems and work in a collaboration. However, if you
copy your reports from another group, your point will be (-100) for that report.
Submission of the Study:

• You should submit your homework by email to [email protected] in zipped or rared


format of the documents (report: .doc and .pdf format, other: excel, catia vs.) However,
you are responsible for any delay of your e-mail. Therefore, send your reports early and
check the confirmation. Corrections will be made in .pdf document for online submission
and sent you back.

• All the files and messages that you send should be named according to the following
convention; “Study#Group# . Example: Study2Group5.rar, Study3.Group6.doc , ….

• The sample coverage page of the reports is given in the ninova webpage of the lecture.
Name, number, e-mail and group number must be added to the coverage paper.

• If you do not obey the rules explained above, your reports will be scored 5 - 20 point
absent.

Term Project Report:

• Please do not use any file, stapling papers together is enough.


• You can print the document in both faces of your papers.
