    5) Festa Employees / Channel Partners must share the Deye's Service Escalation Matrix and Warranty Document to all their customers
    6) To avail Warranty Certificates on Hybrid Inverters and Batteries, it is mandatory to submit the Site Information Report (Post Installation)
