    Please be informed that the Student’s Seat Reservation does not guarantee automatic admission of your child. It only guarantees the seat
    availability for incoming School Year 2020-2021. The following terms and conditions should be complied;

    The seat reservation fee for New Student per child is *800 AED and should be paid at the Accounts Department.
    The reservation of each child is treated individually. Paid reservation fee is non-transferable from one child to another.
    The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
    Compliance of requirements for KHDA student’s registration which will be submitted in the Registration Department.
    The academic and assessment committee reserves the right to forfeit your child’s seat reservation upon careful deliberations based
    on the result of the admission assessment. In some cases third party assessment is required.
    Siblings of old students with history of financial delinquency are subject for approval of Student’s Seat Reservation.
    Non-compliance on the scheduled enrollment, which will be announced on May 2020, will automatically forfeit your child’s
    reservation.

    GUIDELINES FOR SEAT RESERVATION

    STEP 1:

    Fill up the Seat Reservation Form and have it DULY SIGNED by the Parents/Guardian.

    STEP 2:

    Proceed to the Registration Department for checking of forms and verification of seat availability.

    STEP 3:

    Go to the Accounts Department to pay 800 AED for New Student/Transferee.

    STEP 4:

    Submit the STAMPED Seat Reservation Form and the YELLOW RECEIPT at the Registration Department.

    NOTE:

    Please be informed that the student's seat reservation does not guarantee automatic admission of your child, it only
    guarantees the seat availability for incoming school year 2020- 2021 if the terms and conditions are complied. Terms
    and conditions will be personally discussed during the process for Seat Reservation.
