B. Procedure
1. Select good quality raw materials.
2. Measure and weight all the ingredients
3. Mix meat with the curing mix (dissolve in ¼ cup water)
4. Add the extenders and mix until it dries up.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
6. Wrap in casing (2 tbsp per piece). Pack in polyethylene bag.
