development of health and functional capacity of the body such as cardiovascular
endurance & strength, muscular endurance & strength, flexibility and body
composition, while skill-related components of physical fitness are components

3. What is the Importance of Physical fitness to the Daily Life Basis of an


Individual?

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk
of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular
disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health
benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.

4. What is the Importance of Physical Fitness to BSHM Students?

Regular physical activity in childhood and adolescence improves strength


and endurance, helps build healthy bones and muscles, helps control weight,
reduces anxiety and stress, increases self-esteem, and may improve blood
pressure and cholesterol levels.
