    Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) is one of the
    oldest and most prestigious engineering institutions in
    India, located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 1921
    as Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI), it was
    upgraded to a full-fledged university in 2016. HBTU is
    renowned for its strong emphasis on technical education,
    research, and innovation, and has contributed significantly
    to industrial and technological growth in India.
    VISION AND MISSION
    The vision of HBTU is to be a global leader in engineering
    and technology education, research, and innovation,
    contributing to national development. Its mission includes
    fostering a culture of academic excellence, providing a
    collaborative environment for research and innovation, and
    promoting the holistic development of students through
    experiential learning and industry partnerships.
    ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
    HBTU offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate,

    major departments: Chemical Technology, Civil
