    This Agreement, made on the lOth day of February, 2024 by and between M/S Vimtech
    Corporation hereafter called the Lessor, and M/s. KCL-SSK JV, hereafter called the
    Lessee. This lease agreement is made specifically for the above said project and shall be
    geffective from the start of the project or actual mobilization of equipment, which ever is
    later. The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee the below listed equipment for use
    on the above-named project at such rental rate for approximately 5 years or as required
    for project completion.The Lessor shallfurnish the equipment in operative condition.
