    Dear Passenger,

    Welcome aboard “Bradby Express 2024 - The Train of Victory” organised by the Royal
    College Group of 2007. To ensure maximum safety and convenience for you, please read
    the following guidelines carefully.

    1. Be present at the Railway Stations 30 minutes before each departure.


    2. Please reach the shuttle service as early as possible after the match, to help us make
    an early departure from Kandy
    3. On the return journey (Kandy to Colombo), the train will stop at Gampaha, Ragama
    and Colombo Fort.
    4. You are requested to retain the ticket with you at all instances when boarding the
    train & shuttle service and throughout the journey.
    5. Stay away from doors of the compartments during the journey. Never entrain /
    detrain whilst the train is in motion. Do not travel on footboards.
    6. In any emergency or medical need, please contact a Bradby Express committee
    member immediately.
    7. Compartments will be labelled on the outside with corresponding seat numbers. Use
    only the respective door to your compartment.
    8. Each compartment will have a coordinator from the Bradby Express Committee.
    9. Breakfast will be sold on board. Tokens for dinner will be sold on board on the
    morning journey & dinner will be issued on the return journey
    10.Soft drinks & water bottles will not be sold on board.
    11. Safeguard all your valuables. No responsibility for loss or damage will be taken by the
    committee.
    12. Do not throw away empty water bottles / food packets. If you cannot find a waste bin,
    put them under the seats and we will dispose of them properly.
    13. The train is a public asset hired in the name of Royal. Use it carefully. Do not sit on the
    fragile table boards. Do not scribble on the walls. Do not break its components.
