    The RC bed reinforcement checking & other activities was being carried Trough
    1. DG set Earth pit not Constructed and earth value Display board not available as per
    Indian Electricity rule 1956 61(4).
    2. Viaduct Earth wire joint meet at location CH.255.
    3. During Manson Session Industrial Socket (male female contractor) hang stand not
    provided.
    4.DG set Stack height not maintain as CPCB regulation
    5.Cut and taped wire at CH.255 viaduct near by portable DG
    6.Power cord layed over the earth
    7.Green and red tag not display on the equipment
    8. Rubber mat not available as per standard IS15652(2006).
    9. Electrical safety Documents not prepared.

    Root causes of NC:


    1. Earth pit not constructed it may be occur fetal any time.
    2. Earth wire joint near by DG set it may losse or earthing not reach up to viaduct equipment
    3. Monsoon session industrial socket not hanging stand that enter water during rain.
    4. Lack of awareness about do’s and don't.
    5. Given comply date over still same condition.
    6. Stack height as per CPCB .
