    All the advisers called the meeting to order at 8.45 AM. Agenda of the meeting presented
    through power point presentation. A total of parents was present. Homeroom PTA Election
    highlighted the meeting.

    5. Homeroom PTA Project Based on the meeting, the parents agreed to repair the
    two non-rotating wall fans so that more students can
    have fresh air.
    Installation of wall fans are initiated by the parents of
    molave, acacia
    6. Other Matters The teacher reminded the parents that wearing
    school uniforms is optional but encouraged.
    They were also urged to assist in reminding pupils to
    arrive on time to school and to avoid absenteeism
    without a valid justification.
    The teacher opens about the student’s behavior
    inside the classroom, the way they act, and students who
    come to school who have a hangover because they drink
    alcohol the night before they come to school. Problems
    in the family could also affect the behavior of the
    students; they may become rebellious. It shows that
    family problems are a factor that could destroy the
    student’s mental health that could lead the students to
    hurt themselves.
    Students must also bring their own water bottles
    to school, and the class will set up their own water
    replenishment station with the help of their adviser. The
    parents determined that their children would give one
    peso gladly every week to help them with their finances.
    The funds collected would be used to purchase a gallon
    of drinking water for the students.

    Mrs. May Estilo, the G9 ESP teacher and subject


    coordinator, also explained the RBB implementation and
    the quarterly Holy Mass at our school site, which is
    funded by a voluntary donation of meals and a love gift
    for the priest who would perform the holy mass. She also
    announced the recognition ceremony for those students
    who will be chosen as "Batang Makatao" and Dangal
    EsP who will be chosen as "Batang Matuwid at Batang
    Totoo," which will take place every month for those
    students who meet the criteria.

    An election for the Grade 9 PTA Officers was held at Room 1 3rd floor senior high building.
